The equipment that Duplo International sells and supports covers the complete range of finishing equipment for all sizes of print operation.
Paper handling expertise is at the heart of the product range. This begins with collators to take printed sheets and gather them into a set for finishing. The collators include friction and suction feed models and are modular, building into systems with as many as 60 loading trays.
The widest range of booklet makers in the industry take these collated sets and produce multiple documents, from finished books to reports. Duplo also supply a range of digital sheet feeders taking print directly from a digital press into our completely automated booklet makers. Various models of booklet maker cater for all different customer requirements. Duplo also produces binding equipment for glued perfect bound books, which are more durable and are better quality than stitched booklets. These range from table top units to sophisticated binders with automated set up and using lay-flat PUR adhesive. Duplo's unique Slitter/Cut/Creasers operate as standalone units or in-line with the booklet makers. They are an automated way for finishing digitally printed sheets, using camera detection to ensure that the image is correctly positioned, and offering a endless range of finished product possibilities, including business cards, greetings cards, book covers and postcards.
