The DFC-100 is a bench-top friction fed collator in a 10 station configuration with an output speed of up to 4200 sets/hour. The three-wheel feed system provides reliable feeding of a wide range of material, including certain coated stocks. It can be used as a stand-alone unit or connected to a Duplo bookletmaker.

The feed system provides reliable paper handling, to include some coated papers. The control unit is simple to understand and offers programmed settings for standard or repeat jobs.

Simple to follow control panel with programmable settings makes for ease of use. Bin capacity of 28mm to hold 260 sheets of 80gsm paper. Stack capacity of 78mm and automatic stop when capacity is reached enables unsupervised operation. Adjustable feeder pressure and three wheel feed system produces a trouble-free feeding system.
